So, this here doesn’t require too many words. It left me speechless when I first read it and it’s leaving me speechless now. It’s so incredibly true, a picture is indeed ‘worth a thousand words.’ The post I share with you today is by the incredible blogger over at Family 5 Power – go over to her site and continue to enjoy her other incredible content!
Thank you Mama Duck for another reminder of the true meaning of Christmas.

Is it reallity of the Santa??

I’m my opinion, it’s the reality of us all – Santa thrived from Saint Nicholas. A few things about him, St. Nicholas was a Bishop from Turkey, his parents although they died when he was really young, left him a lot of money, which in return he used to help the poor. He gave the poor and gave gifts in secret to those in need.
Hope you are having a great day. 😊🙏🏽

I agree. And even if you’re not a millionaire, if you can, give, at the end, as they say, it is better to give then to receive.
My kids school had a toy drive for kids at a local homeless shelter. We went to our Dollar Store and each of my kids picked out toys that they thought other children their age would enjoy. They had such a good time picking out toys for other kids. It made for the most wonderful night. 🥰

The original Saint Nicholas was one who lived by Acts 20:35 “I have shewed you all things, how that so labouring ye ought to support the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, It is more blessed to give than to receive.”
We’ve allowed this to become the most absurd thing on the planet.

It’s become commercialized. We’ve allowed it to be more about the presents than the birth of Jesus.
Its all salvable though, it all starts in the home, it all starts with us.

I am.. trying not to be so annoying… but it seems I just shift attention from one person to another..

Haha! I don’t think you’re annoying. And who’s to say they think you are, and really, who even cares.
The Dr. Seuss quote comes to mind, ‘those who mind don’t matter and those who matter don’t mind.’
Pretty sure that’s how it goes.
